Getting a list of Campaigns for a given AccountID

Good afternoon... Just got access into the API this morning, and I am already able to access things like list of Accounts, Quota, etc What i'd like to do now is get a list of all Campaigns in a given Account I see in the documentation and the generated WSDL for operation "GetCampaignsByAccountId"...
