Can't Connect to Cloud Server

I Tried contacting support and they told me to post here. I cannot connect to Cloud server on one of my machines. I have tried it on another machine and had no issues. Whe i enter in my info and try to test it gives me a test failed message. Where can i start to try to debug this issue?
