    I am not sure about your position, but they might be the problem... what do you mean by good?

    I find that I usually need to be above position 4 to get any CTR above 0.10%, so this might be one of the factors... Have you tried splitting your campaign out into many ad groups so you can present the searcher with even more tailored ads? I tend to find that 4-5 keywords per ad group (not including match types) works well...

    Let me know how it goes!

    Hi Shruti, I think the adcopies which you are having in your account is not having strong "Call to Action" terms. That's why you are not getting any clicks. Try with different adtext with strong call to action terms in your adcopy. Use keyword insertion in your adcopy. Follow the instructions given by adcenter in the "Adcopy Best practise" guide. If the adcopy is not performing well means delete those adcopy and try with some new adcopy which is more relevant to your service. Do an analysis on your competitot site and adcopies and try to differentiate from your competitors. Let me know how it works for you.
    Thanks,

    Hello Shruti;

    There could be any number of factors to contribute to this.   I recommend calling standard support at 866-518-5689 so that support can look closely into your account, and provide optimization recommendations.

     2000+ impressions and no clicks is definately an issue, and i can't see position would be a factor.   Higher poition does provide a higher click through rate, but you should still see SOME action.

     I would not recommend making many ad groups and spread your keywords around.  I understand what the previous poster is saying,  but dynamic text insertion will accomplish this, and provide more relevancy.

    Also,  at this point, historical data plays a role.  Try copying everything over to a new campaign/ad group and delete the poor performing one.  With 2000 impressions and 0 clicks, it's deemed a poor performing ad.   Wipe the historical data and try again.
