Can not view Downloaded Data

    Can not view Downloaded Data

    For the first week or so, this software was working great.  Then a few days ago, it just stopped working for me.

    I tried this on 3 different computers and get the same error.

    I removed my old copy of the software and installed the latest version today.  When I run the software, it goes straight into a download and shows a download summary of the following


    download summary
    notification rules 5
    customers 1
    accounts 5
    campaigns 117
    ad groups 868
    text ads  1008
    keywords 767569
    favorites 1

    But every tab (ex. account, keywords, ad groups) is blank like it never downloaded the info.

    Do you have any ideas on how I can get this software working again?

    Hi Don_Vito,

    If you are having difficulty seeing this data, try clicking the refresh button on the 'Home' tab. This will refresh your local data with current data and allow you to view the performance data.
