    I cannot login back

So, I setup my account, post a code into my website, then logout and try to log back in - no luck.

I am using this page: https://adcenter.microsoft.com/default.aspx

But they do not accept my userID/password. Now confusing thing - I signed up for analytics, not adcenter, so maybe that is the problem? But I cannot find another place where can I login for analytics.

Now I know there is password reset request form. I submitted it twice, got instructions twice and followed them twice. After reseting passwor, on the reset screen I am getting green message "Empty string" and after that my new password still does not work. So maybe I am trying to access wrong place?

So far my experience quite frustrated, even for beta software. I had problems signing up. I did not see default checkbox that "I already have account", so I had to twice contact support till they explained me about this publicly hidden checkbox. I am sure that that error was my fault, but still, by the posts here I am not a single person not noticing it.

Anyone can help, I don't want to go back to support....

    Hi everyone!

This is an emerging issue that we are working on in the backend.  We had to spend some time verifying there was a backend issue, but it appears to be headed that way.  We apologize for this, and will get it back up as soon as possible.  IT doesn't seem to affect every account, but many accounts are affected.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hi!

Could you try logging in one more time today and let me know?  The development team thinks they have isolated the problem and resolved it, but I need some verification.

     Thanks!

    manoj989,

I agree it is frustrating, but dont forget - based on the numbers of posts in this forum I can guess that we are probably very first few testing this software. So we are trying to help developers here...

So, any feedback on this issue? I registered 8 days ago and cannot login in since then. This is taking too long without a proper response.

    I cannot login back

Today I can reset my password to sign in adCenter, system show the messages is "You change your password success" not "Empty".

But now I got another new problem.
When I sign in adCenter, system always be link to https://adcenter.microsoft.com/customer/UserNotActive.aspx
The result is still unable to sign in normally.

Certainly, I have already feedback to MSFT adCenter support team.

    Hi Everyone,

I understand how frustrating this situation is, and I just want to assure everyone it is the highest priority for support to resolve this issue.  Our engineers are looking into it, and we are not ignoring the issue in the slightest.   Unfortunately, it is being a bit elusive to diagnose, so please bear with us.

I know you're looking into the problem, but I'd also like to add that I am having the same problem. I requested a new password at 08:47 (GMT), went through the same procedure as the other posters and had the same response - "Empty."
