Error while changing Login Password. Message received is : " empty. "

    Error while changing Login Password. Message received is : " empty. "

    Received my invitation and the revised invitation due to the troubleshooting yesterday.

    Signed up, and accessed my account just fine.  I signed out and try to sign in again but the "username or password was incorrect".

    Fair enough.... went thru "Forgot your password"

     Received an email with a link and a code.

     Clicked on the link, pasted the code, entered new password, confirm the new password and i've hit submit.

     Says loading for a second and then it says " empty. " just above my login name.

     Tried with IE7 and Firefox....same result...... :-(   why is this happening to me? :-(

    Hi I have exactly the same problem, I was asked to sign up again but was told the account already exist, 

    i couldn't log in anyway with the password that i entered when signing up for the first time, so i asked for a password modification but when I entered the code, a message "empty" appeared, when i tried to check again it said  there is a problem.

    I tried to update tmy password 3 times, still not able to do it. It seems that there is an issue with the server.

    I tried with FF and IE 6 either of them had pb.

    You are not alone :-), but how sad i can't wait to see wha MS's Analytic tool can do...

    Hi everyone!

     

    This is an emerging issue that we are working on in the back end.  We had to spend some time verifying there was a back end issue, but it appears to be headed that way.  We apologize for this, and will get it back up as soon as possible.  IT doesn't seem to affect every account, but many accounts are affected.

    Dear Support Guys, 

    Could you be so kind and tell us when are we going to be able to login and consult our stats? I have tried since yesterday to login/reset my password but still nothing. Every time I reset my password I am getting an 'Empty' reply message.

    This is getting frustrating. To be honest I have never heard of Google products to act so weird in their betas. I mean, common, I can bear with down times or some bugs, but this is the authentication system we're talking about. Or is authentication getting the next big mother of all 'rocket sciences'?

    Sorry for the strong oppinion, but I can assure you that it's better to have a mean customer report to your forums and waste some of his time, than losing a dozen silently.
