Everything is active, no impressions, no clicks?

    Everything is active, no impressions, no clicks?

    I joined about 10 days ago and I setup my campaign with exact words/phrases related to my business. I have searched these exact terms and in alot of cases no one has them for a sponsor search or only 1 term pops up. I don't show up anywhere? Why would my terms not showup, I have high bids just to make sure I would come up #1, but with no one out there I still don't come up?

    I have looked at my account several times and everthing I have read tell me that I am online and active?

    What do I do next?

    Same problem ! 

    Obviously, AdCenter is working ONLY in the marketing blah-blah from the FAQ

    - Evertything is ACTIVE (green)

    - Credit card is accepted

    - I've accepted EXACTLY the proposed budget

    - I've accepted EXACTLY the proposed CPC

    - I've selected the option with which I want my whole budget to be used NOW so that my ads can appear NOW 

    As a result : 2 days, zero display

    Not even a single print of my ad, and I've tried to find it by myself on live.fr tons of times : no way.

    Just frustrating, just frustrating... a 100% Microsoft product !

    Were you wondering why Google is running 80% of this market ?

    I have looked for my adds againg today and nothing? If I can't find them how is anyone else suppose to? Everything is correct on my words, everything is active?

    Hi,

     

    have you tried to check if your ad is being displayed in the search engine?

     

    have you check your balance in adCenter (there is perhaps an issue with the data on adCenter)?

     

    If you cannot locate your ads, I would advise you to contact the support team.

     In some cases adCenter is having some issues in displaying the ads eventhough there is no competitor for specific keywords. I had faced the same issue in my campaign too.

    Have you tried this:

    1. Use keyword research tool in adCenter to generate high search volume keywords for your campaign

    2. Use the option "Spend budget until depleted" in the campaign budget. This option will try to spend your budget by showing your ads more frequently.

    3. Try with all the match type present in adCenter.

    Hi All,

    Another item to consider is your bids and budget. Ensure that you have bid enough to join the auction and that your budget is high enough for consistant delivery.

    Also, veryify your distrbution. If you have targeted your audience to be France, ensure that your are utilizing the http://www.live.com/?mkt=fr-fr instead of the http://www.live.com/?mkt=fr-ca.

    You may also want to consider using the {keyword} parameter in your ad copy to specialize the appearance of your ads.

    In addition, you can also review the materials and videos from http://www.adexcellence.com/adex/Catalog.aspx.

    I noticed that on the MSN search network today, there were no ads at all at times, even for popular items.  I have several keywords that gain about 10k impressions per day on the Google adwords.  But at equal or higher bid rates, none of them have had even a single click on adCenter.  Surely there is something wrong?

     

    Clarification:  Thanks for the reply, but when I say there were no ads on livesearch, I do not mean just no ads from me.  I mean there were no ads from anybody.  Zip.  Nada.  The place on the page for ads was blank.

    My keywords and ad text are proven high performance on other networks.  NONE of them have ever had a single impression here.

    I have same problem started today though my ad has been fine up until now generated about 1000 imps a day for my budget and now i have nothing not one impression. My budget is fine and my bids for keywords are fine it wouldnt just drop to 0 impressions the next day. Something is defenetly wrong.
