"index was outside the bounds of the array" error

Uploading my first adgroup with AdCenter Desktop, I got all to upload except the text ad. I keep getting the error 'index was outside the bounds of the array'. All format seems to be in order.

"index was outside the bounds of the array" error

    Hi Chuckincw,

This is the first time I have heard of this message, I will have the error message looked in to on our end and let you know the results when I have them.

I also do have a few questions:
1: Are you using a 32 or 64 bit operating system?
2: How many Campaigns are you uploading?
3: How many adGroups are you uploading?
4: How many text ads are you uploading?
b: Are you updating a previous ad you have created?
5: How many keywords are you uploading?
    6: Has this worked before?
7: Where does the error display?
8: Have you attempted to restart Ace?

Please let me know as these may be helpful in correcting the issue.

    Thank you,

    Hi Brian,

I'll answer the questions I understand!

    1. Don't know - can you specify how I find this out?
    2. No new campaigns - just 1 adgroup to an existing campaign.
    3. One
    4. One
         b.no
5.twenty-something - but the keywords uploaded fine. It's the ad I get the error on.
    6. No - this is the first time I'm using the Adcenter desktop program
    7. When I hover my mouse over the word "error" next to the ad in the adgroup section. Note: it took me a while to finally accidently discover the error message, after some frustration. I would suggest a more easily locatable error message that informs you why your item didn't upload.
    8. No - I just eventully went online and entered the ad the old way.

     Best Regards,
     Chuck

    Hi Chuck,

I am still waiting for an update on the error you have been receiving and I wil update as soon as I do recieve the results. You can determine if your computer is 32 or 64 bit by right-clicking on the 'My Computer' icon and viewing the properties.

    Thank you,
