    ACE account transfer

Our company has two AdCenter accounts. username: yourdentistlondon and username: searchengineoperator. Currently the yourdentistlondon account has more campaigns and spens more money than the other and beacuse of this, the yourdentistlondon account was invited to Beta the AdCenter Desktop.

yourdentistlondon is only built up to be larger because of a mistake made a while back by a rep who mistakenly transferred some of my Google .CSV files into there rather than into searchengineoperator.

My goal is to have all of my client accounts in searchengineoperator. I have 64 Google accounts that I want to transfer over to AdCenter, but I need searchengineoperator to be granted access to Desktop Beta.

Question 1: can you grant access to Desktop Beta to searchengineoperator

Question 2: can someone be assigned to help my company make this transition smoothly. I've got 64 accounts that will be new to AdCenter, which are running well in AdWords. If I can get some help in getting them 100% up and running it would be very beneficial to both my company and Microsoft.

Any answers? Maybe a support phone number to call aside from general support, who told me to ask here.

I'm sorry for being impatient, I'm in a time sensitive situation.

    Respectfully,

    Hello Jason.Ibarra.SEO,

Answer to Question 1, is I will have this looked in to right away for you and let you know the progress. Answer to Question 2, I will have someone contact you to assist you with the 64 accounts.

The person contacting does have a few specific questions, I have sent you a private message with their questions. This person will not know the progress on the first question, however I will provide them the information once completed.

    Thank you,

    Brian H - MSFT
