  how can connect to Cloud Server?

  hi everyone,

  i am a freshman for AdCenter Add-in.

  i know that i need a adCenter username and password to connect to Cloud Server,  however,  i have tow questions following.

  #1.

  what is the AdCenter Username and password? is it same as froums username and password?

  is the following URL the address for registering as adCenter user?

  #2.

  I am a chinese, does this service provide to people outside USA?  Could i also register as adCenter user?

  you need an adcenter account for this to work.  Once you have an adcenter account for advertising on live.com you can sign in using that login information.
