I've been reading a lot about MS adCenter as of late. I consider myself fairly tool agnostic myself (different clients require different solutions. Any vendor or web analyst that doesn't say that to your face is, well, isn't honest.).
One MS piece says: "understand audience behavior from click to conversion".
Well...what if I want to understand audience behavior from the pre-click period? Doesn't pre-Click analysis give us some greater insight into what an audience is trying to achieve?
