    Hi Carolyn,

    A couple items:

    1. The conversion data in Adcenter includes duplicates. Although we certainly can generate our own conversion cost it would be nice if we could count on the information within Adcenter.

    2. The performance data within the adcenter desktop is either missing or simply does not update. Although the tool is very valuable, this data would make get it on par with "that other editor".

    3. We have multiple accounts for our clients in our adwords agency console. When we delete an old client, it simply stays there as inactive. It would be nice to at least hide the listing.

    4. Reporting

    - It sounds petty, but having to click on reporting and then having to click again to get to reports, seems a bit clunky.
    - There are very few report options. What about referal reports?
    - I like the report graphics and the report generator is fast.
    - All the reports are missing key data points - # of conversions, Cost Per Conversion.

    Enhance geo-targetting, the ability to better target within an geo area is important too for local advertisers.

    How about an option to set the logout timeout period?  Adcenter is so SLOW that I often flip to some other task while waiting for a page to come up.  Then when I come back to it I have been logged out.

    Also, please kill the "fade-out-fade-in" between pages.  It does not look professional, it calls attention to the fact that the pages are too slow, and it slows them down even more.

    Most urgent suggestion:  Light a fire under this thing and bring it up to speed.  Buy a new server, or re-index the database or use some AJAX on the pages.  PLEASE do SOMETHING.   Coming from adWords to adCenter is like going from fiber back to dial-up.

    Here is my list. Some of them are mentioned before.

    * A custom from/till date selection option. For example When I change something on the 15th I would like to see results from 15th till today.

    * Distribute ads market: I run most of my adgroups in UK, US and Canada. Currently I have to duplicate my adgroups to target each market. Multiple market target selection would solve this. (saves also needed time for management of ad groups).

    * Option to pauze ads and/or option to see deleted ads. When I would like to stop an ad because of bad performance I'm only able to delete it. When I would like to greate new ads (for splittesting) it might be possible I write an ad I have deleted before because of bad performance.

    * Option to pauze keywords.

    * Used characters count during ad creation.

    * Show the CPC that has been set for the content network in the "Manage selected ad group" page. I use the same max CPC for al keywords ativated for the content network. Now I have to search for a keywords that is active in the content network to see my max bid.

    * Speed things up :)

    * Ingrease logout timeout period.

    I'll be taking your requests and ideas to the product team for their consideration and to see if they're on their radar.

    How about an update. Are some of the ideas on the roadmap?

    Hi everyone,

    Thank you all for writing. I checked with the product team and here are some of your requests from this thread that are currently on the product roadmap. I can't share dates at this time, but will keep you posted as these are released.

    Also, if your particular request isn't in this list, that doesn't mean it's not under consideration -- these are the ones I was able to get status on at this time. I'll continue to check on the others as well.

    -- Pause/resume ads and keywords

    -- Enhance geo-targeting, the ability to better target within an geo area

    -- Change geotargeting from adgroup to campaign level

    -- Map provided for geo actually allow user to select state rather than image only

    -- A 'custom date range' option in the campaigns tab (currently only has last week, yesterday etc.... and doesnt offer the ability to check specific dates)

    Please keep your feedback coming, it's valuable to our team when planning out new features.

    Thanks!

    Carolyn

     May I suggest just a couple of usability improvement concerning all the pages with charts (i.e. visitor lanuage)?

    1. You should use the same color code for percentage bars at the bottom as on the chart itself. When all the bars are blue it is difficult to match the chart with numbers below.

     2. I could not figure how to save the Breakdown Mode, Style etc as any time I reenter the same report I can see the default values and need to change the parameters again just to see the data the way I need.

    Hi Carolyn,

    It would be great to have a possibility of tracking our live spaces websites.

    We are running now a videoblog project for Polish Partners of Microsoft, so the metrics from Adcenter would be highly valuable.

    As i know there are several interesting projects running on the live spaces platform and ability to track the traffic is critical for the project managers. In my case our goal is to provide videoblog 100% based on our technology, so we use live spaces to host the blog, msn video (soapbox) to host the video, silverlight streaming to host the silverlight apps, skydrive to host the files. One missing element is the statistic service - having it from Microsoft we are ready to tell the story about our holistic approach.

    Cheers

    Hi Łukasz - We don't currently have the capability for adCenter Analytics to track spaces. Keep an eye on the adCenter Analytics Blog for news when we have it.

    I would like the ability to see where our content traffic is coming from. A high degree of granularity would be phenomenal, such as the ability to see what specific URLs the ads are being displayed on. Even the ability to see what websites the ads are being displayed on would be a huge step in the right direction.

    Show only unique conversions:

    At this moment the amount of conversions shown by Adcenter is higher then the actual amount of conversions. The problem might be Adcenter does not count unique page views on the conversion (thank you) page. If Adcenter is indeed not looking at unique page views for conversion tracking then please please please start doing this asap.

    Why Adcenter should only count unique conversions?
    Person buys product X and searched for "product x keyword". On the thank you page he clicks on 'refresh page' or he goes to another page and then back to the thank you page. Adcenter will show 2 conversions for "product x keyword".

    In the beginning of a new campaign this is not a huge problem. However, over time you the numbers are getting more and more incorrect. Let say "product x keyword" shows a spending of 500 dollar and 50 conversions. That might be profitable. However, the real conversions are 30. And then the keyword is not profitable anymore and you would most likely want to pause this keyword or lower your bid.

    Yesterday I had for a keyword 1 click and 9 conversions (according to Adcenter). Ofcourse this was incorrect. I had only 1 conversion. Now how will I know after six months if I'm making profit with this keyword or not?

    One important feature I'd love to see in Adcenter is the option to prepay. I have had times when my card company declines a charge for no apparent reason and as a result my billing threshold falls from $2500 to $1000. And when this happens my campaigns take upto 8 hrs to get full activity again. A prepay option would be awesome. It will eliminate this inconvenience. I do know about the bill me now feature, but its not still the same as prepay.
