  Does MSN run a program similar to Google's Certified Adwords Professional or Yahoo's Search Ambassador?

  I have been trying to find out the same thing. I assume they do as I have seen 'badges' on various websites promoting some sort of qualified service. I'm not sure why MSN insists on burrying things that can help promote thier service?
